Youth and Teen (15yo +)
Young people face immense pressure around school, career choices, relationships, and the uncertainty of the future. When things don’t go as planned, many begin to internalize harsh self-labels and feelings of “not being good enough,” narratives that can follow them well into adulthood.
We help youth and young adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected, or unsure of their direction.
