About us

We’re a small team of registered psychotherapists and social workers offering thoughtful, personalized care in Hamilton and virtual care across Ontario.

We meet you where you are and work alongside you towards real and lasting change. Our approach is grounded in process based evidence and built around the things that matter most to you.

How we work

We draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our interventions to your needs. No two people are the same, so care should never feel one-size-fits-all.

Our work is people centered and rooted in compassion and respect. We focus on helping you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change you can feel in the session and in your day-to-day life.

We also welcome referrals and collaborate with healthcare teams, hospitals, physicians, legal professionals, and community partners when coordinated care is needed.

Nazia Zeb

MSW, BSW, RSW

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you understand what’s keeping you stuck, build practical tools for emotional regulation, and move forward in a way that feels grounded and meaningful.

My experience includes hospitals, family health clinics, and community settings, including First Nations communities, women’s shelters, and youth shelters. I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, and Solution-Focused approaches depending on what fits.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University.

I believe people are resilient and capable, even when life feels overwhelming or stuck. When something feels out of balance, therapy can help you understand what’s in the way and move forward with more clarity.  I work with people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, loneliness, and grief. My approach is compassionate and focused on helping you build a life that feels more meaningful and more yours.  My experience includes hospitals, universities, clinics, and community mental health settings. I hold a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo. I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, MI and Solution-Focused to fit your needs.
