Mission
We support individuals and couples in reconnecting with their values and working toward their goals, grounded in our belief that everyone has the capacity to live happier, healthier and meaningful lives.
Vision
We envision a world where people are supported in living the lives that matter most to them.
Values
We believe in a holistic and people-centred approach to counselling that honours the mind, body, and spirit.
Practice
We integrate a range of therapeutic approaches and skills to support your day-to-day life, helping you build greater balance, resilience, and meaningful change. We believe in accessibility, equity, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care.
We also welcome referrals and collaborate closely with healthcare teams, hospitals, physicians, legal professionals, and community partners to promote continuity of care and equitable access to quality mental health services.
Our Team
NAZIA Zeb, MSW, BSW, RSW
I’m Nazia, and I support individuals in living happier and healthier lives. I help people become unstuck by developing psychological flexibility and emotional regulation skills, allowing them to move forward in ways that align with their values. I have supported people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, relationship challenges, grief, and migration-related concerns.
I bring psychotherapy and counselling experience from hospital settings, family physicians’ clinics, and marginalized communities, including First Nations communities, women’s shelters, and youth shelters. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute, and experience using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I hold a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University.
Clinical Supervision
As a clinical supervisor, I support emerging clinicians and students in developing confidence and clinical competence. I help foster professional growth, ethical practice, self-awareness and compassionate inquiry in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Jahan Zeb, MSW, RSW, MPACS
I’m Jahan. I believe you are naturally resilient, compassionate, committed, and capable of living a meaningful life. When these qualities feel distant, it doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you-it means something has fallen out of balance. When your thoughts, feelings, values, and actions are aligned and balanced, suffering is reduced, and growth opportunities emerge. At times, it can be difficult to see what is out of balance. Life may feel dark, overwhelming, or stuck, and functioning becomes harder. I can help you identify what is holding you back, become unstuck, and move towards a happier and healthier life.
I have extensive experience providing psychotherapy and counselling in clinics, hospitals, universities, and community settings. I help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, substance use and addiction, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, and grief, with a focus on building a healthier, more meaningful, and fulfilling life. I hold a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo.
